The Glover Area Community Meal is supported by Vermont Everyone Eats and the Center for an Agricultural Economy. Our mission is to bring the community (you, farmers, and restaurants) together to support each other during the pandemic. We are doing this by providing nutritious meals to Glover Area residents in need of food assistance. The meals you received provide income for Parker Pie who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19. In addition to providing food for the community and business to local restaurants, this program supports Vermont food producers whose products will make up at least 10% of the meals served. |
Vermont Everyone Eats is funded by the federal Coronavirus Relief Fund and made possible through a grant provided by the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development to Southeastern Vermont Community Action. Meals are also available in Hardwick, Craftsbury and Albany through this grant, as well as other community hubs across the state. |

aaa We are aware that everyone has been affected by Covid-19: financially; through changes in work, school, or childcare; access to transportation or food; our mental and emotional well being. For the grant requirements, by accepting a free meal that person will be acknowledging that their food access has been affected by the pandemic. |
